Pip - RPG Dice App Reviews

Love this

Its a great app for those who want to just roll dice. The graphics are good. It wont add your roll up for you, but thats okay.

I use it almost every week.

Versatile, simple, fast, efficient, beautiful. You can even create different dice set combinations and switch between them with a swipe. Get it. Edit: For the first time ever, Ive returned to the app store to give a five star review yet another five star review. This has got to be not only the best die roller for iOS, but in my opinion the best roller on any platform.

Great ap!

Very useful. Its great for rolling multiple creatures at once. Having a more advanced version with more table space and more color options would be great.

iPhone 5 Update Needed

Please! This is my favorite dice app!!

Stunning realism and functional!

Theres nothing even comes close. Great polyhedrol dice selection, color sets, and even multiple screens to keep different sets of dice at the ready on the throwing stage. But the visuals and sound of the dice, the way they move and interact...its so realistic its almost creepy! I dont know how someone accomplishes such a thing. Its just that impressive.

Great App- would like a button for rolling

Very realistic but hard to shake an ipad each time. How about a button to roll the dice?

Best simple dice roller out!

For those adventurers looking for an easy to use dice roller this is the app for you. Pros: I love the feel of this app. Dice will stop rolling once you stop shaking the phone. I love the fact that you can tap on the dice you dont want to role so you dont have to go back and forth to the dice page. Cons: I noticed that this app is a little glitchy when you have dice paused in the corners of your screen. The dice you roll will get stuck. Overall I give this app a 5 out of 5.

Excellent simulation

This is a very nice dice simulator (though it appears to simulate rolling dice in a low-gravity environment....) Version 2 adds a few game-specific dice, such as fudge dice or the averaging die, but of course the basic "D&D set" is all there as well. I like the ability to set colors, but Im not a fan of the round tab that sticks out all the time-- I much preferred version 1s way of pulling the dice drawer out from the edge. As others have mentioned, it would be nice if you could change backgrounds and name dice sets so its easier to know at a glance what bunch of dice youre looking at. Overall though, this has the best feel of the dice rollers Ive looked at. Very nice job! UPDATE: I would just lurve to see this app updated for Retina and the iPhone 5 screen. Still a great app!

Crashes under iOS7

Was the go to app for simulated dice. Unfortunately, its currently broken - hoping for an update for the current OS.

Great App

But crashes all the time!!!

Wont run on iPhone 5s

I got it to work on my 3rd try after crashing twice, played with it for 2 minutes and it crashed again. Couldnt get it to work again, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Crashes on launch

Ive never been able to run this in IOS7. Simply crashes on launch every time, even after fresh reboot , reinstall, etc.

Wheres my iPad version?

Really great, but I desperately want a full res iPad version.

Still the best dice roller

Clean simple and beautiful. Has all the rpg and normal dice with a beautiful natural feeling rolling physics and clacking sound :) Though when I search the App Store for dice- this marvelous app is nowhere in sight. Loads of bs on the App Store. This is still the best most usable dice app. Still works fine on my iPhone 6
